Former Rothschild director on board as Thompson retires
THB Group has named former Rothschild director Charles Keay as a non-executive director, effective from 1 May to coincide with Frank Murphy's appointment as chief executive following the retirement of Vic Thompson.
Murphy said: “Charles Keay will bring to the Board a sound understanding of financial markets, which will be invaluable in the current turbulent economic climate. His appointment completes the non-executive team, which now comprises an accountant, a banker and an insurance broker, providing an excellent balance of know-how and commercial experience. We are delighted that Charles has selected THB as the only non-executive directorship he will hold.
