THB has announced the sale of its Glasgow based broking division, Marshall Ewart & Graham, to JW Group.
It has also reached a separate agreement with another company for the purchase of its Leeds based broking division, THB Northern, which is expected to complete later this month.
THB said the sale was part of a review of its retail insurance broking operation THB Clowes designed to focus operations around its hub in Leamington Spa.
