It wasn't the nature of the business that tickled Backchat, but the venture's name: Giant Risk Solutions.
With a name like Giant, surely mega-property portfolios, huge fleets or other big-ticket risks would be its target?
No, it's the ubiquitous small to medium sized business. Then again, Tiny Risk Solutions doesn't have the same ring.
