An inviting Easter package turned out to be an empty gesture

A package arrived on Backchat’s desk last week. Oh joy, chocolate! Unfortunately not, as rather than an Easter egg the parcel contained… a wooden tool box. I kid you not. An accompanying note, bearing the Broker Network branding, reads: “Please find enclosed your toolbox. Keep it safe. We will provide you with the tools you need shortly…”
