Pat Hindle joins Torus from Ironshore

Torus has appointed Pat Hindle as vice president of its excess casualty construction division.

Hindle, previously a vice president at Ironshore, will develop excess casualty construction programs for US clients. She will also work with other Torus business lines to work construction components into their policies.

Torus head of US excess casualty Linc Trimble said: "Pat’s expertise and her client/broker relationships in the excess casualty construction arena are unparalleled. She personifies Torus’ commitment to specialist underwriting.”

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
