Job cuts are result of integration of Warwick office

Towergate has made 11 out of 30 staff redundant at its Sutton Coldfield office.

Towergate said the redundancies were part of the integration process into the Warwick office.

A spokesman said: “We inherited Sutton Coldfield as part of the Country Mutual acquisition in 2006, and subsequently acquired THB Clowes up the road in Warwick.

“Since then, we have been looking at how best to make these businesses more efficient. Sadly, this has culminated in 11 redundancies out of the 30 staff in Sutton Coldfield, as many of the processes can be better channelled through Warwick.”

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
