The Towergate Partnership has acquired Newquay-based Walmsley Baker and Company.
Walmsley Baker, which places £6.7m GWP of commercial insurance, will retain its 17 staff headed up by founding partner Leslie Baker.
The business will become the 92nd acquisition of the combined Towergate Partnership group.
