Company plans to expand branch network over next two years

Towergate

Towergate said it is starting a recruitment drive as it plans to increase its advisory sales force by 100 over the next two years and open new offices.

Towergate said it currently has a 70-strong advisory branch network, which between them place £650m of gross written premium for its business clients each year.

It said it plans to recruit 50 people in 2016 and 50 more in 2017.

“We want to hear from the best account executives and development executives, those that want to be, and people who are sales leaders and want to progress their careers,” said Towergate Advisory chief executive Joe Thelwell.

”And if Towergate doesn’t have an office where you are, come and talk to us about opening one.”
