Towergate Underwriting has won the BIBALet deal from rivals Barbon.
BIBALet provides Biba members with access to a range of cover options specifically designed for landlords.

Towergate will offer enhanced pricing and commission for Biba brokers and an accelerated bonus for consolidating accounts.
Towergate Underwriting chief executive Clive Nathan said: “We are delighted to have been chosen as the new providers of BIBALet. With more than 20 years’ experience in providing insurance for landlords, Biba members will have access to specialist underwriting and claims expertise and a dedicated team to help them grow their business.”
