Towry Law Insurance Brokers has rebranded as TL Risk Solutions following its acquisition by Broker Network.
The acquisition, completed on Friday 30 June, is Broker Network's largest to date, adding over £50m of gross written premium and six offices to the company.
Grant Ellis, chief executive, Broker Network, said: "Since the deal was agreed I've been very impressed with the management team and the staff at TLRS.
"We have already identified a number of areas where the business will benefit from membership of Broker Network."
Martin Wright, managing director, TLRS added: "Our new branding reflects both the links to our past and the future development of our business as risk advisors."
