Reading the Mystery Shopper feature (Features, 21 July) I was disappointed at the lack of knowledge of both the travel agent and the broker.
I called the broker in Hove, only a few miles along the coast from us. I wanted to tell him about our bespoke travel insurance product, which covers pre-existing illnesses without the need for medical screening, as well as activities, to see if we could help him on future genuine inquiries. Our product costs £88.56 including cover for the pre-existing illness.
On introducing myself to him I was told to go away as I was interrupting some other business. Oh well - looks like he doesn't need any help.
