There's no rest for the collapsed TAG. The Sun has started a new campaign against the demised claims farmer under the headline "Compo debt shocker for 60,000 families".
According to The Sun, parents who sued on behalf of their children have fallen foul of small print in their agreements with TAG stating that any award would be held in a court trust fund until the child reached
18. But many parents have taken out loans to fund their TAG premiums and are now unable to pay them off, accruing large amounts interest as their awards languish in the trust fund.
