Beech Underwriting to provide cover for residential properties
Beech Underwriting, which specialies in terrorism insurance, is launching a new terrorism product exclusively for residential properties.
The new facility is underwritten at Lloyd's and Beech claims it is one of the largest facilities in the marketplace.
The company said that many property owners and property management companies are seeking alternative quotes in respect of terrorism insurance in the current market conditions.
Beech managing director Geoff Stilwell said: “This product sits well with the other terrorism schemes we operate and will allow us to continue our expansion into the UK, European and Pacific Rim Markets."
