Wedlake Bell’s ProDPO to advise CII ahead of GDPR’s introduction in May

City law firm Wedlake Bell and ProDPO will be providing the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) with outsourced data protection officer (DPO) services in preparation for the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

ProDPO provides outsourced data protection officer services to businesses in light of the GDPR. The legislation places specific legal obligations on businesses, including requirements to maintain records of personal data and processing activities.

General counsel at the CII, Liam Russell says:
