Olivier Bruyninckx becomes head of its European multinational employee benefits team.

Willis Group Holdings has appointed Olivier Bruyninckx as head of its European multinational employee benefits team.

Based in London and Brussels, Bruyninckx will report into Chris Burns, Chief Executive Officer, Willis Global Employee Benefits Practice and Adam Garrard, CEO Europe, Willis International.

Bruyninckx will spearhead the continuing expansion of Willis’ global consulting and brokerage services to European-based multinationals outside of the Nordic countries, which will remain under the leadership of Holger Hjortlund in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Bruyninckx brings to Willis over 15 years of experience in the international employee benefits field. He most recently worked for the IGP Pooling Network, where he headed up the sales and service teams dealing with European multinationals. He also spent two years working for Toyota Motor Europe as Compensation and Benefits Manager.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
