Winchester Insurance Systems is planning to launch a new insurance solution for telebrokers in December.

The new solution, Transactor-Common Application Support (T-CAS), will allow brokers to brand their products with those of the insurer. It will be offered to insurers through the Insurer Support Group and to medium-sized and large intermediaries, with 50 or more brokers.

The system is based on Transactor, software currently used by more than 30 UK intermediaries, including Heath Lambert, Portman Building Society and Primary Direct.

Winchester has already signed up five companies for the new system.

The company has also created a new solution for call centres, for which more than 2,600 UK call centres have placed orders.

Winchester Insurance Systems commercial director John Berglin said: "We have been successfully implementing NT- based solutions since 1997 and have been doing it for some of the most demanding corporates in the UK market."

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
Many congratulations to all the worthy winners and as always, huge thanks to our sponsors for their support and our judges for their expertise.
