Specialist Lloyd's broker, Windsor, has announced the appointment of a new broking team at its London operations.
The team, from Trenwick International, will place UK property and liability business.
Ian Hamilton joins Windsor as a divisional director of the new London Market Services Division. Tim Simpson-Lee joins as an associate director, while Jonathan Wye has been appointed a senior account executive.
John Bennett, managing director of Windsor Insurance Brokers said: "We are delighted to have secured the services of such an experienced team.
"Their underwriting perspective is particularly valuable to Windsor in the current hard market where the reduction in capacity has increased the importance of Windsor's relationships with the underwriting community."
