Willis broker Paul Black-more testified this week that one month after the WTC disaster an underwriter for Swiss Re asked him to reinsert a clause into the Travellers insurance form that would view the terrorist attacks as a single event.

He told the court that Swiss Re had been unaware that the insurance had been switched to the Travellers form.

The trial continues.
