Leadenhall HQ will be demolished

Xchanging will move to The Walbrook Building next year when its current Leadenhall Street home is demolished to make way for a skyscraper.

The technology, procurement and business process firm said its new headquarters, a10-minute walk from Leadenhall Street, would have dedicated facilities for insurance customers.

Chief executive Ken Lever said: “We are pleased to be able to confirm our decision about our new London office and we are delighted with our choice, which will benefit both our employees and our customers. We look forward to welcoming customers there from the end of Q1 next year.”

Arthur J Gallagher moved to The Walbrook Building in August.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
