Bradford broker TL Dallas has purchased fellow Yorkshire commercial broker David Hallas Insurance Services.
TL Dallas group managing director John Butterworth indicated the broker was looking at acquiring up to three more small commercial brokers in 2007.
The Hallas acquisition represents TL Dallas' fourth recent purchase. All Hallas employees will remain working in the TL Dallas group in the Honley offices, including founder and current owner Philip Hallas.
