Selecter Car Insurance rebrands to Only Young Drivers
Selecter Car Insurance, the specialist under 25 car insurance broker, has announced their rebrand to Only Young Drivers.
The Guildford-based broker, which uses Voice Risk Analysis technology to help pinpoint and underwrite more careful young drivers, is rebranding as part of a 5-year business plan.
Managing director Tony Marin said: “It’s a key stage in the development of the business with on line search now dominant for young drivers.
"Initial tests already show a much greater awareness of us through search engines. Our panel is taking shape with Aviva and Ageas now joined by Provident, Markerstudy, Service and Capricorn. We’re already staffing up for the anticipated increase in call volumes throughout the rest of 2011.”
Selecter was formed in 2009 and is the brainchild of Tony Martin and Stuart Read.
Martin said: “I’ve always believed there are plenty of good young drivers who seem to end up paying for the boy racers. The process we’ve devised helps us to select the better drivers and our insurer partners to date seem very happy with the results. Apart from Admiral Group the competition is limited so there’s plenty of scope for growth”
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
