Public sector insurer Zurich Municipal has formed a designated housing team for housing associations and registered social landlords (RSLs)
The new team will be headed up by Andrew Jepp, who has been with the company for over 23 years.
The team will help housing associations and RSLs to assess the long-term viability of their existing activities and new developments, the company said.
Jepp said: “Housing is high on the public services agenda at the moment. The challenge I face is to create a more collaborative way of identifying the risks customers face by working in partnership with them.
"There is a real need to understand their goals and challenges particularly in light of current governmental, social and environmental changes.”
