Legal expenses insurer takes action after an internal investigation
Legal expenses insurer DAS has suspended two staff pending an internal investigation.
The FCA has been alerted and DAS is working closely with the regulator.
A spokesman said: “We can confirm that two members of staff are suspended pending an internal investigation. The matter came to light as a result of a routine internal audit relating to legacy business within our ATE division.
“We have informed the FCA and are working in close co-operation with all the parties involved. Until the matter has been fully investigated and resolved, it would be inappropriate to comment further.”
