Former Lloyd's broker Simon Hayes expanded his Effective Image consultancy with the opening of a presentation and new media centre in Lloyd's Avenue.
Hayes started Effective Image in 1997 to give strategic presentation advice to insurance and financial services companies .
The new company offices were opened by one of its first customers, former Lloyd's chairman and now Aon deputy chairman, Max Taylor. Hayes said he planned to offer consultancy, design and media coaching to the Lloyd's and London markets from the new centre.
