The A&A Group has acquired Highway Insurance Holdings minority interest in Autofirst SA and Euro Motor Direct Ltd.
The deal, worth £2.45m, will give the A&A Group the majority shareholding in both companies.
Steve McPherson, sales director, said: “We aim to develop this already successful French brand, which is well known for its Motor, Household and Health insurance, and plan to launch it across Europe".
