Bodyshop network ABS has increased the capacity of its call centre by half and invested in a new phone system to meet demand from customers.
The UK's largest bodyshop network has increased its Northwich, Cheshire, call centre staff by 50%. The company has also installed a new telephone logging system.
Keith Johnson, managing director of ABS said: “As a company, ABS is currently enjoying a period of sustained and dramatic growth. We are upgrading many of our systems to meet this increase in business.”
