Andrew Williamson promoted to new role
ACE Global Markets has appointed Andrew Williamson as marine product line head.
In this new position, Williamson will be responsible for managing the ACE Global Markets marine portfolio, which is underwritten at both Lloyd’s and ACE’s own trading floor at 100 Leadenhall Street.
He will report to Peter Seymour, senior vice president – Marine, ACE Overseas General and Matthew Shaw, chief underwriting officer, ACE Global Markets.
Williamson joined ACE in 2004 as cargo underwriter. Peter Seymour said: “During his time at ACE Andrew has significantly enhanced ACE Global Market’s reputation as a lead underwriter in the London cargo market.
"I am delighted to confirm that he will continue with this role in addition to his new responsibilities as product line head.”
