ACE Tempest Re Europe has announced the appointment of Eric Gutierrez as European Treaty Underwriter in their Dublin underwriting division.
Gutierrez will have responsibility for developing property and casualty treaty business in the Mediterranean region.
Tony Spice, Chief Underwriting Officer of ACE Tempest Re Europe in Dublin said, "Eric's experience and knowledge of the European market will greatly benefit ACE Tempest Re's business development efforts.
"His appointment is the first of several in a team of regional underwriters designed to enhance the division's underwriting capabilities for Continental Europe."
Gutierrez joins having previously served as Senior Treaty Underwriter for Le Mans Re's operation in Miami, USA and prior to that for Intermediaires Associes en Reassurance/Groupe Walbaum in Paris as Senior Reinsurance Broker for Southern Europe.
