Confidential meeting suggests IPO still a possibility
Acromas chief executive Andrew Goodsell has met with Deutsche Bank director Anshu Jain to discuss a potential flotation, according to the Daily Telegraph.
Acromas owns the AA Insurance and Saga, and is owned in turn by Charterhouse, Permira and CVC.
Deutsche Bank has not been officially appointed to handle any flotation, but the talks imply that Acromas’s owners are still interested in the idea.
