Brokers encourage swift action to avoid last year’s winter damage
Ageas and Biba are providing brokers with information to raise customers’ awareness about escape of water in their homes and workplaces.
The advice will be offered as downloadable factsheets and sticker guides, leading customers to the shut off valves to the water, gas and electricity, with the aim of avoiding unnecessary claims.
Mark Cliff, managing director of Ageas, said: “Our goal is to support brokers by providing further added value to their customers, offering easy-to-implement steps that help customers prepare for the worst when it comes to the cold weather.”
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
