Auto Indemnity chief executive Adrian Palmer has been appointed chairman of the Accident Management Association (AMA) for 2003. He succeeds Steve Bennett, chief executive of Hallmarque Assistance.
Palmer said: "I am delighted to be chairing the AMA during what are exciting times for the accident management industry and our customers.
"Insurer-referred business is well established and looks set to grow significantly over the next year.
"Through the AMA executive committee, we continue to work very closely and productively with insurers to streamline our processes and help them to speed up settlements."
