Martin Hiller becomes chairman of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Limited

Andrew Agnew has resigned as chairman of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Limited, the specialist insurance brokerage of JLT Group.

Martin Hiller, CEO of Jardine Lloyd THompson Limited, has replaced Agner as chairman on an interim basis.

"We would like to thank Andrew for his significant contribution to the group over the past twelve years, including over three years as chairman of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Limited, and he leaves that business in very good health," said Dominic Burcke, chief executive of JLT Group, in a statement.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
