Aon has strengthened its eSolutions team with the appointment of Andy Eaves as client service director.

Eaves will be responsible for the delivery and support of Aon RiskConsole, Aon's risk management information system, for UK and European clients.

He joins the company after 17 years with Zurich Financial Services where he most recently held the position of claims programme manager.

Eaves said: “My key objective is to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of RiskConsole to our expanding client base.

"I'm excited about taking on such a rewarding role where creating a tailored, web based solution can help businesses identify and manage their risk management challenges. Using this information, clients can ultimately negotiate more competitive rates at renewal and lower their total cost of risk. The team plays a crucial part in kick starting this process.”
