Ilka McHugh becomes sales manager for EMEA
Aon’s eSolutions group has appointed former client Ilka McHugh as sales manager for EMEA.
Ilka is now responsible for driving EMEA's business development across southern Europe.
Ilka joins from Swiss logistics and forwarding company and Aon client, Panalpina, where she was head of corporate insurance management for several years.
While at Panalpina, Ilka implemented Aon RiskConsole, eSolutions’ online risk management information system, to manage the group’s global risk and claim information.
Commenting on her appointment, Ilka said: “From day one I noticed the extra effort that eSolutions put into finding the right solution for Panalpina and I believe that is true for all clients. I was so impressed that when I recently moved to the UK, I decided to join the team at Aon and help lead sales across the region.”
Ilka’s brings with her over 20 years in risk management.
