Gregory Case, Aon president and chief executive, took home some $8.7m in compensation in 2006, according to an SEC filing.

The figure was composed of a basic salary of $1.5m, a series of compensation scheme payout which totalled approximately $2.4m and stock and options valued at around $4.8m.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
