Broker creates new affinity jobs

Aon is creating more than 80 jobs in its Leicester office.

Alongside existing affinity schemes for the construction industry, commercial property, care homes and working men’s clubs, Aon is also looking to recruit for the entertainment and media, charities, academia, village and parish hall teams.

The new roles will range from team leaders and client facing account handlers to personal assistants and administrative support.

Stuart Hall, business manager at Aon, said: “The creation of over 80 new roles in Leicester is a great opportunity for us to attract local talent. Aon currently employees 200 people in its Leicester office.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
