Aon Risk Solutions has appointed David Boyle as head of its Asia Pacific region aviation team.

Boyle joins Aon from Willis, where he was regional director for Asia Pacific.

Boyle is responsible for the 14 members of the Asia Pacific aviation team in London and Singapore, particularly in the airline, aerospace and general aviation sectors.

Boyle will be based in London and will report to ARS global head of airlines and aviation team Simon Knechtli.

Knechtli said: “David’s experience made him a stand out candidate to take leadership of our activities in the APAC region."


The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
