Aon subsidiary Affinity Insurance Services has acquired a division of JLT Services Corporation.
The division, which has some 50 employees, specialises in program administration for association-sponsored insurance programs.
Affinity CEO Kevin Garvin said that the acquisition demonstrated Aon's "commitment to the affinity business model".
It is expected that the majority of the JLT staff will be absorbed into the Aon operation.
