On 22 September and 20 October we published two articles about personnel disputes at DAS that we are now aware contained factual errors. In particular, the articles suggested that DAS was in 'disarray' and 'turmoil' as a result of these internal employment matters. Insurance Times accepts that there are no grounds to support either of these statements and apologises unreservedly for any embarrassment caused to DAS as a result of the errors.
