Business services provider Aquilo has formed a strategic partnership with Accident Repair Management Service.
Aquilo claims the partnership will enable it to offer inspection services to insurers.
Aquilo chief executive officer Mike Eve said: "Partnering with a well established firm like ARMS, provides us with immediate credibility in this area, and reduces the investment cost of starting our own business activity as ARMS already benefits from effective internet based systems for running the service.
"We have been looking for a company which not only complements our business but also shares our business ethos, and have now achieved this objective."
