Lynette Playle and Jason Gunn join underwriting agency from Lloyd’s motor insurer
Underwriting agency Arista has hired former Equity Insurance group executives Lynette Playle and Jason Gunn to its credit control team.
Both started their new roles on 1 October and report to Arista’s national credit controller Fiona O’Rourke.
Equity sold its 25% stake in Arista to fellow Lloyd’s insurer Canopius in July.
Playle said: “Jason and I have been working closely with the team at Arista for a number of years. We have seen Arista grow into a strong business and hope to be able to continue to support its development.”
Arista operations manager Alison Quaile added: “As Lynette and Jason have been working with us before, brokers and clients should expect a seamless transition with them joining the Arista team.
“As our business grows and matures there has been a need for further credit control operations and both Lynette and Jason will help meet these needs.”
