Regan Shaw has been promoted to the head of broker performance management at Aviva.

Shaw was previously a strategic account manager looking after brokers’ accounts and replaces Fraser Edmond, who was promoted to the role of broker performance director last month.
A spokeswoman for Aviva said: “Regan has been with Aviva for a number of years and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role.”
Edmond replaced Sam Hudson, who left the insurer after nine years to become commercial director of motor specialist Equity.
