AXA has been voted top insurer in the latest bi-annual survey by Brokerbility of its broker members.
With a score of 83.13%, AXA topped the list for highest overall satisfaction, and was also the leading insurer in the claims category with a score of 84.90%.
RSA came top for accounts performance with a score of 93.95%, and came second in overall satisfaction with 81.54%.
Aviva Bonus was rated top in underwriting at 82.83%, while Aviva itself came second in underwriting with 77.67%.
Allianz recorded the best improvement overall with an increase of 1.66 percentage points on the last survey.
Brokerbility asked its members to rate insurer performance when dealing with claims, underwriting, accounts and overall satisfaction. The research involved Brokerbility’s seven key insurer partners – AXA, Allianz, Aviva, AIG, NIG, RSA and Zurich.
“These are testing times for brokers and insurers, so delivering on our promise to customers has never been more important,” said Ian Stutz, managing director of Brokerbility.
