AXA promotes Steward to head of large loss

AXA Commercial Lines and Personal Intermediary has promoted Martin Steward (pictured) to head of large loss.

Steward was AXA large loss unit property team manager. In his new role he will he responsible for ensuring that large and complex claims are handled efficiently and cost effectively. He will also be responsible for large loss claims strategy and help with AXA’s overall claims strategy.

AXA Commercial Lines and Personal Intermediary claims director Chris Voller said: “AXA invests in its people and is committed to professionalism so I am delighted to be able to make an internal appointment and bring someone with Martin’s experience and capability into this senior role. He is a shining example of our home-grown talent.”
