Zurich has been pretty quiet on its e-trading plans.

UK general insurance chief executive David McMillan; director of trading Phil Bayles.
What’s on their agenda?
Lots. They now have six regional hubs and four corporate risks teams in the regions. Personal lines is looking good: they’re up there with Ageas and LV= on the approval ratings.
What’s not on their agenda?
Talking up their performance in commercial motor.

Who’s going to be there?
Chief executive Barry Smith; Ageas Insurance managing director Mark Cliff.
What’s on their agenda?
Telling you they’re the best in the business when it comes to broker personal lines. Expect a beer with Mark Cliff and Barry Smith.
What’s not on their agenda?
Talking about the group’s exposure to peripheral eurozone government debt.

RSA – stand C26

Who’s going to be there?
Chief executive Adrian Brown; head of commercial lines Jon Hancock; sales director Chris Sime.
What’s on their agenda?
Their up-and-coming e-trading capabilities, and what they can do for brokers in SME.
What’s not on their agenda?
Espousing the virtues of gigantic mergers and acquisitions. Chief executive Simon Lee favours smaller acquisitions.
