According to reports, US company Advisen is considering making an offer for all or part of Brit's 85% holding in electronic trading platform RI3K.

Spokesmen for Brit and RI3K said they could not comment.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
