Barlow Lyde & Gilbert (BLG) has appointed two partners.
Andrew Giverin has joined the legal firm from Latham & Watkins to cover commercial and technology outsourcing law, with a particular focus on the IT and financial services sectors, as well as outsourcing, offshoring, service and supply agreements, and joint ventures, intellectual property licensing, development and protection.
Maurice Kenton has joined BLG from Allen & Overy as a commercial litigator specialising in insurance disputes in both Lloyd's and the international markets. He advises insureds in the banking and corporate sectors in respect of coverage disputes and also has advised in relation to issues affecting captive insurers.
