Independent global broker BMS Group has expanded its wholesale team.
Ian Gormley, formerly head of US property at Willis-owned wholesaler Glencairn, will join the BMS wholesale team led by Nick Cook as director of BMS Risk Solutions, upon completion of his six month contractual notice period.
Gormley’s role will be growing BMS’ US wholesale business.
Cook said: “Ian is one of the London market’s most respected brokers and producers. He will greatly enhance our capability in London to meet our US-based client’s expectations, and I am delighted that we have secured an individual of such high calibre.”
