Group strengthens North West position with first aquisition since Groupama takeover
The Bollington Group has acquired Manchester commercial insurance specialist Greystone Insurance Services.
Greystone controls over £6m in annual premiums and is particularly strong in the property owners' field.
The Greystone brand and office in Altrincham, Greater Manchester will remain and all staff and directors will stay in place.

Bollington has acquired Preston based Wallwork Jensen and Wigan based MG Smithies in the last 18 months.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
