Thanks to RSA for supplying the text of departing Bridget McIntrye’s final blog to staff, mentioned in these pages last week.
She said: “I’m really sorry to be announcing this, but I’ve decided today that I’ll be leaving RSA.
“The way things work with my plc responsibilities, these things have to be announced quickly – so apologies for that.
“I’ve worked for a great company and with great people in the UK and we’ve achieved a lot in the last few years, but it’s now the right time to hand over to Adrian Brown, who’ll take over immediately.
“Ade and I have been on this journey together and I wish him and all of you in the UK the best of luck in the future.”
